Clinical supervision with me is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are - openly, honestly, and without pressure. It’s a place to reflect on your clinical work, explore challenges, and deepen your confidence as a therapist. It is a space to discuss both the clinical and personal sides of what it means to be a therapist. Together, we create room for curiosity, growth, and learning, while honouring both your professional development and your unique way of practicing.

Yes! I meet all of the requirements set out by the CRPO to offer supervision. I have nearly a decade of experience practicing psychotherapy and am in good standing with my regulatory college. I have completed 30+ hours of clinical supervision coursework through Wilfred Laurier University. I have completed well over 1000 direct client contact hours and 200+ hours of my own personal clinical supervision, a practice which I continue today so that I can show up as the best possible therapist for my clients and supervisees.

I have extensive experience providing CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, social justice and feminist therapy. Specifically for the treatment of OCD, I use the gold standard, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) and if required, I use evidence based adjunctive treatments for OCD such as ACT and I-CBT. Individual, dyadic and group supervision are all options you may choose from. Dyadic or group supervision are great budget friendly options. The fee for dyadic supervision is 95$ per clinical hour (50 minutes). Please inquire for group rates. If you wish to engage in dyadic or group supervision, you are asked to find your own partner/group.
